On the 21st of February 2023 the CBR/CTC will host the next Central Tenants Council. All residents that rent from the Veste in Enschede are invited to attend. During this council the foundation will be changing to the new board.

The meeting will take place from 19.45 till about 21.45 and will be located in the auditorium in the Vestingbar.

Below you will find the documents for the CTC. This includes the agenda for the CTC as well as the communication survey. We also present the annual financial report of 2022 and the policy and budget plan for 2023.

On the 26th of September the Central Tenants Council Drienerlo will host a meeting for all tenants. During this meeting residents of the campus will be provided an insight into what the board of the foundation has been doing in the first half year. There will be the possibility to ask questions, voice your opinion and bring up issues that you feel need to be discussed.

Aside from the meeting we will also be hosting a board introduction mixer afterwards with some drinks.

On June the 1st the second Tenants Council took place. On this Tenants Council proposed changes by the board for the statutes were approved by the majority of those present. Furthermore the first results of the co-optation questionnaire were shared with the tenants. The questionnaire results showed that overall, people do like living on campus and most people are positive about co-optation and there were a few suggestions which could help improve the current system mentioned. Lastly the current plans of the Veste regarding the co-optation were discussed with the tenants.

The Board is now working on the report regarding the questionnaire and will share this with the tenants when it’s ready.
